The collaboration began with a diagnostic phase to better understand of the commercial and cross-functional coordination challenges. 

Challenge

Intervention

After providing specialized training in sales and stakeholder management, TRech extended the partnership through one-on-one coaching and a subsequent phase of temporary assistance centered on alignment, performance, and leadership mentoring.

Commercial Development & Consultative Recruitment Training

Context

After analyzing business needs and the evolution of the consultative role in client acquisition and management, the partnership began with a pilot commercial development program for the client.
 

Challenge

They were looking to improve their commercial consulting abilities, encourage the adoption of new procedures, and establish a more consistent approach across teams and markets. 

Intervention

After the initial pilot, TRech expanded the program to all commercial teams in Spain and Italy. This later evolved into a broader consultative recruitment training initiative for the whole brand, followed by a new corporate needs detection phase to define a scalable learning framework aligned with the group’s global strategy. 

Result

What started out as a focused training program developed into a more comprehensive strategic alliance. Through ongoing aftercare, the partnership produced long-lasting gains in team productivity and individual performance as well as learning consolidation and strategy refinement. Also, it encouraged a more uniform development for senior and junior profiles, generating long-term benefits after the initial intervention.

Customer Care - Conflict Management - Stress Management & Resilience

Context

In order to better understand the operational and human challenges facing store teams, the collaboration started with a diagnostic phase. 

Challenge

They wanted to strengthen customer experience, improve team response under pressure, and reduce friction in complex day-to-day service situations. 

Intervention

TRech created a customized program that integrated customer service, conflict resolution, and resilience, in line with the business's strategic objectives and the realities of store teams. 

Result

This project helped achieve the business goal of improving NPS, enhancing customer experience, and promoting employee wellbeing, while follow-through helped assess impact on satisfaction and internal climate.

The collaboration began with a detailed review of the business's commercial process, with the goal of increasing daily sales, strengthening upselling, and improving the initial customer pitch.

To increase conversion and interaction quality, they needed a stronger method to handle objections and closer coordination between training and everyday operations. 

Intervention

TRech worked consultatively with AI and Quality teams to refine language, find problems, and align learning with operational reality. The intervention combined practical training, mentoring, post-session content, and a Train the Trainer program to support long-term adoption.

The project helped with tangible improvements in commercial performance, interaction quality and operational efficiency, while building stronger internal capability over time.

TRech collaborated closely with the business international Training and Knowledge Management teams to support the development of a more structured learning ecosystem.

The brand needed to improve learning consistency, strengthen knowledge accessibility, and reinforce clienteling capabilities in line with its global standards and customer experience goals. 

Intervention

TRech supported the design of a new training framework, the creation of a learning newsletter, the restructuring of the Knowledge Centre and the delivery of a clientelling programme.

The collaboration was developed for the  Annual Team Event, with the aim of creating a workshop aligned with the brand’s values, context and broader business vision.

Challenge

The goal was to address change management in a way that felt relevant, engaging and closely connected to the team’s reality, while encouraging reflection around future challenges and opportunities.

Intervention

TRech designed and delivered a bespoke workshop combining strategic perspectives with practical exercises, tailored specifically to the objectives of the event and the profiles of the participants.
